These were produced as part of a commission from the Green Howards. They illustrate the actions of the 18 Victoria Cross and 3 George Cross holders of that Regiment and appear in the book, published by the Regiment, 'Beyond Their Duty'. Produced for atmosphere rather than detail this work displays the individual's response to extremes of danger.
