Anti Aircraft Detachment, 1941
Troops of the Royal Artillery were in the front line of action in the period 1940-41. These men were amongst that elite group who worked without shelter while bombs fell around them. AA Command never received the official recognition that it deserved on the grounds that it had not taken part in a battle.
